1. General item inspection
The general items in the nameplate quality requirements can be inspected by visual inspection, dimensional measurement and comparison with samples, and each sample can be picked up.
2. Coating reliability test
(1) Tear off test: peel off and tear off the plastic film layer on the coated sample sheet by hand to see whether the printing ink layer and paper fiber are attached to the film layer in a large area. If so, it indicates that the process is normal. One for each test.
(2) Immersion test: put the coated sample sheet into normal temperature water for about 1 hour, and the film layer is not separated from the printing sheet, indicating that the film layer is firmly bonded. Test one every month.
3. Nameplate pasting performance test
(1) Actual use temperature rise test
Put the machine in actual use, wait for the temperature of the machine to rise, and check the attached nameplate after 15 minutes (or heat balance). The nameplate shall be well pasted without warping, crimping or other defects. Push the nameplate with normal force with your fingers, and the displacement shall not be greater than 1mm. For each sample taken.
(2) Freezing inspection
Place the machine surface with nameplate in the environment of - 5 ~ 0 ℃ for 30 minutes. The film layer is not separated from the printing sheet, the nameplate is not separated from the machine surface, and there is no warpage. Crimping indicates that it is firmly pasted. One test every quarter. Generally, it should be sent back to the company for testing.
(3) Immersion Inspection
This test is only for water series products and products whose surface is easy to contact water during operation. Immerse the machine surface with nameplate in normal temperature water for 30 minutes. The film layer is not separated from the printing sheet. The nameplate is not separated from the machine surface without warpage. Crimping indicates that it is firmly pasted. One for each test.
