Production & Technical Team
We have more than 100 skilled production workers who have received professional anti-static and dust-free workshop training. Cooperating with 10 automatic production lines, our team strictly follows standardized operating procedures for electroforming, polishing, surface treatment, die-cutting and 3M adhesive lamination. We achieve a stable daily output of 300,000 pieces of metal stickers, supporting both small trial orders and large bulk OEM orders with high yield rate and stable delivery.
Professional QC Team
Our independent quality control team implements full-process inspection from incoming materials, in-process testing to final finished product inspection. Equipped with complete laboratory testing equipment, our team conducts salt spray tests, high & low temperature resistance tests, adhesion tests, wear resistance and UV weather resistance tests. Following ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system standards, we ensure all products comply with EU RoHS & REACH standards and meet automotive-grade quality requirements.
Sales & Customer Service Team
Our professional foreign trade team provides one-stop customized services including free sampling, design confirmation, process recommendation, order follow-up and after-sales support.
