The following four kinds of glue can be used to stick metal electroplated nickel and silica gel;
High temperature glue, liquid silica gel glue, normal temperature slow drying glue and instant glue. Different glue shall be selected according to needs.
How to stick metal electroplated nickel to liquid silica gel only needs 4 steps:
① Cl-26ab glue shall be proportioned according to the requirements of glue a and glue B, and shall be mixed evenly before standing for use;
② Clean the surface of electroplated parts to be bonded with alcohol; Gluing and electroplating nickel metal surface; Dry for use;
③ When heated to 140 ℃ in the liquid silica gel injection machine, the silica gel and electroplated nickel material are vulcanized and formed;
④ Secondary vulcanization molding, the temperature is not 200 ℃, and the finished product is tested.
