Electroformed nickel stickers offer a surface finish: The nickel layer can be polished to a mirror finish or etched or printed to create complex patterns (such as logos and textures). This replaces traditional electroplating processes, offering a more environmentally friendly and highly accurate design.
Applications: Metallic finishes for mobile phone cases, appliance panels, and automotive interiors, as well as precise reproduction of artwork (badges and commemorative coins).
Electroformed nickel stickers, produced using the electroforming process, can precisely replicate minute details on molds (e.g., lines less than 0.1mm and concave and convex textures). This makes them suitable for applications requiring highly complex patterns, such as the precise circuitry of RFID antennas and micro-engravings on artworks, which are difficult to achieve with traditional processes like stamping and etching.
Compared to traditional electroplating, electroformed nickel stickers utilize a "substrate conductive-electrodeposition-stripping" process, allowing for centralized waste treatment. The stripped substrate can then be recycled, reducing resource waste and aligning with the trend toward green manufacturing.
