Through the precise timing of photosensitive and developing time and manual control, the insulating ink on the surface of the steel plate falls off. 4. The photosensitive and developed steel plate will peel off the insulating ink of the logo part, exposing the body of the steel plate. When it is placed in the electroplating tank, the nickel material will be dissolved at a high temperature and absorbed by the principle of positive and negative attraction. There is no insulation on the steel plate. The part of the ink, which forms the shape of the metallic nickel logo, generally has a thickness of 0.04mm-0.15mm, and the plating time is an important factor in controlling the thickness of the nickel sheet, which is generally about 4 hours;
5. Electroform Chrome plating makes the logo sticker surface brighter and can play the role of anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion. The formed full-page nickel mark is transferred to the chrome plating tank. The plating time of the chrome plating tank must be strictly controlled within 7 seconds ；
6. When removing the nickel logo, first apply a layer of strong viscous protective film for fixation, manually brush the glue once for the base, and then brush the glue by the machine. During the period, strictly control and ensure the level of the glue to prevent In the case of glue leakage, if the customer needs a protective film that is strong, weak, or resistant to high temperature and wears, we will change the film according to the customer's requirements;
