Manufacturing process of stainless steel signs
1. Material preparation, select specifications and plates according to requirements;
2. The graphic files of stainless steel signs shall be arranged by computer, and then the format of stainless steel signs shall be engraved with self-adhesive by lettering machine;
3. Stick the engraved self-adhesive on the plate accurately to make the film stick flat and firmly. The plate with the film needs to be heated; Wear insulating gloves, heat the stainless steel sign to a relatively hot temperature (about 90-100 ℃, estimated) on the honeycomb briquette stove, and then remove the text and lace to form a hollow out version;
4. Use acid washing method or sanding method to treat stainless steel signs, so that the paint can be firmly combined with the plate;
5. Clean the corroded stainless steel signs and prepare for painting. The paint can be baking paint (there must be an oven) or automobile metal paint;
6. After the paint is sprayed and dried, remove the excess adhesive on the stainless steel label, and the product is completed;
7, finally, defect treatment: if the stainless steel label is left on the top of the adhesive tape, it can be removed with dishcloth.

2. The self-adhesive shall be of good quality, so that it can be firmly pasted on the stainless steel plate, and it is not easy to degumm after baking.
