Electroplating process is an important part of making chrome metal nickel logo labels. The following are the main steps of electroplating nickel labels:

1, Preliminary preparation: After receiving the drawings, confirm the process plan according to the process requirements provided by the customer (such as size, color, thickness, etc.). Select stainless steel plate as the carrier and polish it to ensure that the surface is bright and flat, without pinholes and spots.
Electrolytic degreasing: Put the polished stainless steel plate into the electrolytic tank for electrolytic degreasing to remove grease and dirt on the surface.
2, Photosensitive development: Brush insulating ink on the steel plate, bake and photosensitive development to form the required pattern and text.
3, Electroforming: Put the developed stainless steel plate into the electroforming tank for electroforming. During the electroforming process, it is necessary to control parameters such as voltage, current and time to ensure the thickness and uniformity of the electroforming layer. After the electroforming is completed, use a micrometer to measure the thickness of the electroformed sign to ensure that it meets customer requirements.
4, Chromium electroplating: Put the electroformed sign into the electroplating tank for chrome electroplating to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics. After the chrome plating is completed, rinse with clean water and dry.
Subsequent processing: The electroplated nickel label is subjected to subsequent processing such as brushing glue, changing film, QC inspection, striping, laminating, rubbing, laminating, punching and punching protective film to ensure its quality and stability.
In general, there are many production processes for metal nickel labels, and each process has its unique advantages and scope of application. When choosing a production process, it is necessary to make comprehensive considerations based on specific needs and application scenarios.
